Our Guidelines
Appointment Timing:
At Flow Head Spa, we deeply appreciate your time and want to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and fulfilling experience. To help us provide the best service for everyone:
Punctuality: We begin and end appointments at the scheduled times, so please try to arrive a little early. If you do arrive late, we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but your treatment may be adjusted so the next guest can start on time.
Respect for Others: These guidelines help keep everything running smoothly for all our guests.
Cancellation Guidelines:
We completely understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to give us the best chance to offer your appointment to someone else.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee will be charged
No-shows will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
Refund & Deposit Guidelines:
Services Rendered: Once a service is completed, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let us know during your visit, and we’ll gladly address them.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, including those made to secure appointments or special bookings.
Return Guidelines:
30-Day Return Window: We accept returns on products purchased from Flow Head Spa within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is needed.
